After a physical, hard hitting contest at Epic Encounters One which could have realistically gone either way, Brendan White and Kenneth Halfpenny will once again meet in the middle of the squared circle THIS SUNDAY on FITE!
It was White who had his hand raised in the first encounter. Much to the chagrin of the outspoken Halfpenny; who before the contest left no stone unturned in laying out why he felt that he should be considered the leader of the Contenders division.
Bitter and dare we say jealous of the opportunities White received & in Halfpenny’s mind ‘squandered’, Ken put out a mission statement suggesting in no uncertain terms that he was the better athlete, harder worker and superior wrestler. All these facts are open for debate as truth be told there is very little to choose between the pair. But one thing we can say for sure is that White didn’t squander the chance to show the whole wrestling world what he was capable of, putting Halfpenny in his place in RevPro’s first presentation in five months.
Anyone would think after talking the talk & failing to walk the walk Halfpenny might tone down his verbiage. But instead he has intensified his talk towards ‘The Workhorse’ stating on record time and time again that 99 times out of 100 he could beat Brendan White and that now White has had his ‘one’ it’s going to be all him from this point forward.
This Sunday will once again provide opportunity for Halfpenny to put up or Brendan White to shut him up as the level of intensity between these two competitors and team mates continues to grow.
Epic Encounters Two will be streaming THIS SUNDAY, September 13th on FITE! 8pm BST/3pm EST/12pm PST To pre-order the event click here: https://www.fite.tv/watch/revpro-uk-epic-encounters-two/2p7zc/
